Maggi's egg diet (like its counterparts) restricts our diet in some ways. This applies to the choice of dishes as well as the number of meals and their quantity. This diet is low in carbohydrates and lasts exactly 4 weeks. If during this period you strictly follow all the Maggi rules, then a person can lose 5-10 kg in 30 days (we are talking about losing weight at home without physical exertion). And that's not the limit at all! As practice shows, this indicator can reach about twenty-five kilograms. It sounds amazing, but with this weight loss method, you can lose weight with little effort.
Perhaps the main feature of the Maggi egg diet is the mandatory strict adherence to all conditions. If changes can be made to another diet that are not critical to it and in no way affect the end result, then it is categorically undesirable to remove ingredients from the diet (and even more so, to replace them with something else). . . . . This can significantly worsen the result or even disappear completely.
If you suddenly broke out and eaten something that was prohibited by the egg diet, you will not be able to move on. We have to start over.
These strict rules are dictated by the precise calculations on which this diet is based. The fact is that nutritionists based the diet not on the number of calories in a particular product, but on the chemical reactions of our bodies. After all, we all know that food is absorbed by our bodies in different ways and that "easily" a fruit can at first glance pose more danger than cooked chicken breast. It is therefore very important to follow all instructions as precisely as possible in order to ultimatelyto achieve the desired effect.

Now I would like to talk about the pros and cons that you will encounter if you choose an egg diet for weight loss. Of course, one of the advantages of Maggi is a sustainable result. All of the weight you lost will not be returned to you after switching to a different diet. Also, this type of diet is pretty "democratic". If you compare it to its counterparts, you will find that there are very few restrictions in the product range. However, this condition has two "sides of the coin". On the one hand, you always know what, how much and when to eat so that you cannot consume any extra calories. On the other hand, you won't be able to deviate from the rules either, otherwise all your work will go down the drain.

Menu for 4 weeks
Now I would like to go straight to the diet itself and tell you what and in what quantities to eat in order to lose weight quickly. Before we go any further, however, I have a number of clarifications for you:

- the meat that you use for cooking must be free of fat inclusions;
- in the absence of clarification, the choice and quantity of the product approved for consumption is at your discretion;

Maggi Egg Diet: Week 1
Side note: Breakfast the first and second week should have one or two boiled eggs and one fruit (grapefruit / orange). In the 1st week it should be whole; in the 2nd week - only half may be eaten.
Also, lunch and dinner are referred to as Meal II and III, respectively, for your convenience.
Monday

- II: Chicken with vegetables + mixture of fresh vegetables and citrus fruits (1 pc. )

Sunday
- II: some chicken, fresh tomatoes, cooked vegetables and citrus fruits.

Maggi Egg Diet: Week 3
Monday
Today all fruits are available to you. You determine the number of meals and their quantities. There are only two standard restrictions: Do not eat after 6 pm and do not use what is forbidden!
Tuesday
On this day you will have cooked vegetables and salads made from them (of course without dressings).
Wednesday
Our Wednesday is fruit and vegetables: mixed salads, cooked dishes or fresh - you choose as you like and still avoid only dressings and prohibited products.
Thursday
As in the best childhood traditions, Thursday is fish day. Accordingly, we eat fish, vegetable side dishes, lettuce and fresh cabbage.
Friday
On this day you can relax a little. You have the right to buy a few slices of meat with vegetables (or a side dish).
Saturdays and Sundays
At the end of the week let's discharge the body a little. On weekends only one type of fruit is allowed, for which you can eat "from the stomach" at any time.
Maggi Egg Diet: Week 4
Important: The products listed below can be consumed at any time without restrictions, but changes to the menu (removing or replacing ingredients) are strictly prohibited!
Monday
Monday is a tough day. You're on the home stretch, so indulge in meat, fresh tomatoes (3) and cucumbers (4), unsweetened tuna, citrus fruits, and toast.
Tuesday
Today, as the day before, we "pamper" our body a little. In general, the diet on this day remains the same, with one small exception: You can diversify your dessert by adding a slice of melon, apple or a slice of citrus fruits to your familiar citrus fruitsReplace the pear.
Wednesday
Today we will be enriched a little with calcium, and to the already familiar boiled and fresh vegetables (2 cucumbers and 2 tomatoes) we will add 1 tbsp. l. Cheese or quark as well as toast and of course our favorite citrus fruits.
Thursday
Although Thursday is a "fish day", today we eat meat, toast (1 piece), cucumber (1 piece), tomatoes (3 pieces) and orange / grapefruit (optional).
Friday
Diet today will be simple: lettuce leaves, a few boiled eggs, regular citrus fruits (of your choice), and a few fresh tomatoes.
Saturday
The penultimate day. We begin to slowly prepare the body for the end of the diet. Today you can afford a small cooked chicken breast, 125 grams of cottage cheese or feta, toast, a glass of yogurt, citrus fruits and a couple of fresh cucumbers and a tomato each.
Sunday
Well, the last day has come! Those who "withstood" this unequal struggle with their own willpower and extra pounds can observe dramatic changes that have occurred in their figure. But don't relax too much! In the future, try to control what and how much you eat, and today you can eat a little tuna, 1 tbsp. l. cottage cheese with toast, some boiled vegetables, citrus fruits, as well as a couple of cucumbers and a tomato.
